Aug. 31, 1930 to June 25, 2020
Cleo's passing is preceded by her parents, Ralph Eyre and Esther M. (Burns) Eyre and her husband of 63 years Jack R. Teissedre Sr. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and passionate Tucson artist. Born in Pasadena, California, then moving to Tucson in 1961 where she continued raising her family while following her passion of art and painting. She was a long-time member of the Southern Arizona Watercolor Guild and the Tucson Creative Cloud for Photographers Group. She is survived by her two sons, Jack R. Teissedre jr, Robbin D. Teissedre, daughter, Rebecca D. Culbertson, son in-law Jim C. Culbertson and five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and her sister, Billie D. Porter. Rest in Peace Cleo. No services planed at this time. Arrangements by OASIS CREMATION and FUNERAL CARE.

When we started emptying my late mother-in-law's house we found 5 tiles by Cleo Teissedre. I took them because we're in the midst of a kitchen reno and will be installing a tile backsplash. The Teissedre tiles will feature in it!

My mom had one of her tiles that she bought when visiting her sister in law. Beautiful... such a talent. Mom passed in February.. we will cherish this tile as she did.

Such a talented woman! I have many of her tiles and love them so very much. I am sure she is missed dearly.

Our mother past and 2020 at 90 years old as well. Has she lived into December in 2020 she would have been 91 also. I have collected 38 of Cleo´s 6x6 tiles that I´m planning on having set in the border of a 7´x3.5´ wood plank dining table in memory of my own mother who makes bed to Santa Fe NM in the late 60´s. Such a similar history and actually, they even looked very much alike. Very strange!
