Dear George & Cynthia,
Our condolences, prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. I was sorry to read about your Mothers passing. You loved your Mother very much, everytime you would speak of her, how proud you were. Wow 103 that is marvelous, she was lucky to have such wonderful son, and you a wonderful Mother. May God continue to bless you and your family.

Mrs. Naanes was my favorite teacher of my entire educational life. We've kept in touch from third grade to subsequent visits, telephone conversations, and letters as recently as a few weeks before she passed. She is featured in my published memoirs and lives in my heart and memory as one who has always inspired me.
