Sorry to hear about your loss. I knew Evelyn from the Warm Up America group at Valencia library, she did beautiful crochet work, she was an inspiration to us all. She had a great, positive personality and will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers to her family, Sincerly Gloria B.

Dawn, so sorry to learn of your grandmother's passing. I too lost a grandmother this year . . and Deanna became one! We do think of you now and then, always hoping you're doing well.

I met Evelyn 3 years ago when she joined our Warm Up America group. She was so excited that she could start crocheting again. She told me that she now had a place to give all her afghans that she had made and where sitting in a closet unused. Her afghans were so beautiful. It was my privilege as the coordinator of WUA to donate them to organizations that needed them. Most of them went to the veterans hospital.
We we all miss Evelyn in our group.
Rest in peace Evelyn.

I am very sad to hear of Evelyn's death. I met her at the Valencia Library a couple of years ago. We were both members of Warm Up America. I will always remember her and the many beautiful afghans she donated to Warm Up America. May she rest in peace.
