Frank will be missed by all. The name Ruhl is well known to me as I went to Sacred Heart Parish. Graduated with Kathy Ruhl at Amphi, and met Frank working at the phone company. Frank, a wonderful guy.

My deepest condolences to your family, Becky. throughout the years I had the privilege of being in Frank's presence; many times at Salpointe and many times in a social setting. He was a gentle, unconditional warm human being who always took the time to really listen to people because he was genuinely interested in people. He was a light in the world and now he is in Heaven with his Heavenly Father. May he be receiving some of the unconditional love from his Father that he gave others on Earth. Blessings to your family.

I wanted to offer my condolences.on Frank's passing. In doing so, I also want to offer some good memories of Frank, from back when I would hang out with Chris during my Salpointe days. Frank was the kind of guy who made you feel welcome, which counted greatly for someone like me who was new in town. Of course, he did that while showing a great sense of humor. All in all, Frank is a great example of someone who left a lasting mark in people's hearts, which will last long after his time with us. With much love, Eric.
