Missing you so much Dad. Wishing you were here offering the wisdom, guidance, patience, and support that we so often need. Isaac is getting so big, he started Kindergarten this year and I think he likes it just about as much as your son did :) Emma is almost 2 and so enamored with her Daddy and big brother. You would've loved her so much, and been wrapped around her little finger. I'm sad you didn't get to meet her, but she'll know through the memories we share. We miss you so much, We love you Dad.

It's been such a tough year without you, the heartbreak and pain I've seen in the eyes of those you love has nearly overshadowed the many wonderful memories you left behind. We could've never imagined how difficult losing you would be, and how hard we would struggle to find our new normal. Many days we are at a loss without you, missing you more than our hearts can bear. Other days we are able to smile at a fond memory, and find comfort in sharing it with each other.
You showed us that life is short, so I know we need to live each day to the fullest and be grateful for all we have. Please give us the strength to keep going, to carry on traditions, to make memories, and to celebrate life's little moments.
We miss you, we love you
