I loved Mr Ledesma. He was one of my favorite teachers in high school. His was the one class I wasn´t afraid to raise my hand to answer questions. He was also the only teacher to pronounce my name correctly the very first time. Rest in peace sir.

Mr. Ledesma was my biology teacher at RHS in 1968. He was a wonderful teacher, and I remember his lessons to this day. Many years later, I discovered we were neighbors (we lived on Copper St., just south of his home.). We spent some time with him and his lovely wife, and he was just an amazing man. Truly one of the Greatest Generation. May your loving memories of him bring you comfort. Sincerely,
Karen (Hileman) Matsushino

A man of conviction and great accomplishment who lived his life with humility, a trait often found in veterans of the Greatest Generation. I have wonderful memories of Mr. Ledesma as my biology teacher at Rincon High School. I had the privilege of serving as one of his class lab assistants. He and Elda later honored my husband and me by attending our wedding. He had such heart and a sense of humor. Though tears will be shed, may the memories of your father bring a smile to your face during this difficult time.

Mr. Ledesma was one of my favorite teachers at Rincon 1960-1975. I took a trip to the far east and brought him back a gift. He was an excellent teacher and I loved his class. He always encouraged me - I was a shy student. I will never forget his kindness. Prayers to his family.
God bless.
