Joseph J. MALESKE

MALESKE, Joseph J. Born in Chicago, Illinois October 13, 1920 to John and Mary Maleske fought his last battle on January 17, 2018. Joe fought many battles in his life. As a young man he enlisted in the Army on September 10, 1942. During World War II with company E, 110th Infantry. He fought many battles and was part of the Normandy Invasion of June 6, 1944. Joe was wounded in battle three months later and received a Purple Heart and was Honorably Discharged. Joe passed away at home. Preceded in his passing by his beloved wife of 50 years, Mildred and his youngest son, Robert. Survived by three sons, Dan, Richard and John and two grandsons, Robin and Austin and six great-grandchildren. Graveside Services to be held at Evergreen Cemetery on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements by OASIS CREMATION.
