When Vickie and I sent out invitations to our wedding Kevin was in Arizona and he sent us a gift; it was a perfectly round cow chip, not broken not even cracked Vickie was not impressed. I thought it was the funniest thing I'd ever received and I had never met the guy. I thought it was a true feet to get it thru the mail without breaking it. After I met Kevin and got to know him, I saw he could do anything with a sense of humor. From one old Harley rider to another Happy Trails until we meet again.

To Rose, Kara, Kevin, and Zachary,
Our Mom has told us so many funny stories about Uncle Kevin and their family growing up its as if we knew him as a kid. We remember the summer our Mom babysat Kevin and Kara and the fun we had. Uncle Kevin was really funny, we had a good time with him when we visted Wesco. We only wished we would not have lived so far away from each other. We loved Uncle Kevin and miss him. We miss you guys too and will keep you and Kevin in our prayers.

Ok so I needed a 2nd page there is alot to say about Kevin, he played Black Sabbath, The Carpenters, Johnny Cash and Sunday nights were the oldies show it was loud, my room was next to his but it was fun and we were crazy. We grew up with G.I. Joe's and Barbies, with Kathy and Jackie in the playhouse. You see I never saw us grow up or grow old we were always just kids goofing off, listening to 45's in the playhouse dancing and singing. When you moved from St. Louis it seemed all I did was miss you and I was never able to tell you how much except to tell you I loved you, I still miss you terribly and love you always.

Kevin was my big brother, and a buddy all my life. Forty five years of love and rivalry and fun. Kevin was a poet at heart. He loved his music--Charlie Daniels, Janis Joplin, and Black Sabbath, too. He loved Woodstock and the Fish Cheer. He enjoyed the music, but he loved the words. "It's a long road, and a small wheel, and it takes a lot of turns to get there." That was Charlie Daniels. And I know that because of Kevin. I miss him. I miss his laughter and his teasing. I miss his bad jokes. And I miss his voice. But I still have him in my heart. Kevin and Eddie, and Mom, too. And the littlest Kevin, named for him. My heart is big enough to hold them all, just as Kevin's was--but the world is a little smaller for his loss. I love you, Kev. And I'll see you back here in St. Louis in just a little while.

We had some good times with Kevin and Rosie, playing cards, darts and or hanging around together. I'll miss his studpid jokes and the way he would answer the phone. We'll remember him always and he knows that we'll take care of Rosie. But I'm sure he'll be watching over her and the kids from up above.

Kevin married my little sister Rosie 26 years ago and made her a very happy woman in Tucson. It pains us all that he had to leave so soon as I know he wasn't ready. God bless you Kevin, you'll be in our hearts forever!
Love,

Kevin was my brother-in-law and friend. He was always very accepting of me when I married Deb and he will be missed and remembered forever. The world has lost a shining light, and shall be much darker henceforth.
