Larry Stout Obituary

Larry Francis Stout was called home by his Lord on April 10, 2008. Born June 27, 1946 in Mt. Auburn, Illinois. He left as a young man to join the Army where he proudly served our country in the Vietnam War. After 13 years of military service, he moved his family to Tucson, Arizona where he worked and lived until his heartrending departure. He worked as a supervisor for Magma Copper Company for 23 years. Larry was a skilled mechanic who could never pass up a good deal. His love for vintage coupes and Camaros was only surpassed by his love for his family and friends. His overwhelming dedication was displayed time and again through his wisdom, generosity, integrity, compassion and hard work. Surviving are his wife, Chong Cha; and son, Frankie; daughters, Connie, Joann, and Christina; sons-in-law, Douglas, Big Jon and Brian; six grandchildren, Melissa, Kerissa, Kelsey, Lil Jon, Justin and David; and twin brother, Jerry Lee. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews and best friends, Gary and Shin. The memorial service will be held Sunday, April 20, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 241 N. Harrison Rd 296-5129. Memorial donations can be made to Aplastic Anemia and MDS International Foundation, P.O. Box 310 Churchton, MD 20733.

Hi dad,
There are so many things that remind me of you. The wind, the full moon, and other earthly things which makes me turn my head up towards the sky - and see you up in Heaven, working on a '67 Camaro. Miss you so much. Your oldest daughter

Grandpa, its wonderful to know how much of a wonderful person you are. At my work we have a jutebox and it play classics and when the song "Love me tender" comes on, even when I think about it, all I think about is your smile and seeing you look at grandma when you sang that song to her and us at family karaoke. I know you are still in my heart and all around me. I just wish I could be with you and spend more time with you and see your handsome face one more time. I love you grandpa so much, always and forever.

Whenever I need strength in my life, I just think about you and it makes me feel better. Thank you for all you did for this family. It hasnt been the same since you've gone, but we will see eachother again one day. I Love You Grandpa, you'll always be in my heart.

Larry I Love You and will greatly Miss You. I have known you for so long that I consider you and your family a part of my family. I remember being a little girl and staying at your house and you treated me as one of your own. I have many fond and precious memories of you in my life. As I got older and moved out of the neighborhood for a while when I saw you still treated me the same. When I moved back into the neighborhood and practically next door it was as if no time had passed. You have treated my husband and children as if they were your family and you don't know how much that means to me. I will cherish our morning coffee talks and afternoon or evening talks forever. Thank You for being in my life and letting me cry on your shoulder or laugh with you. I Miss You and you will remain in my heart forever. Chong, Connie, Joann, Frankie, and Christina Thank You for sharing him with me I Love You All and will always be there for you.

Larry, dad, mirrored his Lord through his words and actions. He had a great heart, and worked hard for his family. We will miss him dearly, but continue to take comfort in the fact we will see him again. Whatever God has him working on now, I cannot wait to see it!
