As a patient of Dr. Manning for many years, I always felt he had my back. He was genuine, kind and compassionate - qualities sorely lacking in the medical field. I was stunned to see he had passed away. & saddened more than I can say.

Sincerely,
Linda Burkett

I maintained Dr. Manning's radiation therapy equipment ever since he joined Southwester Radiation Oncology. I mostly saw him in stressful times, when his treatment machine was down, but he was always understanding and a pleasure to work with. You learn a lot about people when they are under stress. I learned he was a truly good man.

I had the honor of working with Dr Manning as his Medical assistant. We had an outstanding relationship. I learned so much from him. If you wanted something done, he was the Dr who would get it done. If a patient was really sick or hurting, he got them on the CT sim that day and on to treatment withing a week. I will miss him so much, Lisa Hauge

I have not seen Mike since we ran track together at Rincon High. He was a hard working sprinter with a great sense of humor. Also I have not seen Mike in years, his professional career was well documented. Bless him and his family.

I attended Rincon High School with Mike and still, to this day, remember his thundering running that set a record that still stands in the high school gym. It surprised me greatly that he died so young. Although his life was short it sounds like he accomplished a great deal.
