I met Michael in 1988 when his brother Tom and I began what became a multi-decade relationship. Both Michael and Tom shared the family ability to create laughter (key kind of joy) in those around him through word-play (including puns), and his irreverent sense of humor-ability to see the absurdities of life. Also missed will be the Boggle marathons, with Michael, Sandy, and Frank. I also loved the way he was with his many cats over the decades-playing with them when they were young and taking care of them when they were old and sick. He knew how to live fully in the present moment. Sandi-I´m so sorry that you lost Michael at too young of an age (and to ALS). I know you are (and have been) going through a lot these last couple of years. I wish you much resilience, peace, and wisdom.
