Neale was a wonderful, kind, and special man. A gifted artist, we greatly enjoyed his drawings, especially of cowboys and their horses!
He was also a friend who was willing to reach out and lend a hand to others. We will miss him and his warm smile. Our love, thoughts, and prayers to all his family. Beth & Mike Johnson
