Patricia Carolyn ROEDIGER

ROEDIGER, Patricia Carolyn 7/22/1930 - 10/28/2017 Patricia died peacefully on Saturday, October 28th, predeceased by her husband, Robert G. Roediger. She is survived by her siblings, Barbara Murray, Kim Overstreet, Mark Bunton and Clark Bunton. Patricia's three children reside in Tucson, Gordon K. Roediger and wife, Peggy Marner, Suellen Roediger and Larry S. Rosenthal and Sharon Roediger and her husband, Ronald Robinette. Her seven grandchildren are William Robinette, Erin Roediger, Jordan Smith, Wyatt Robinette, Bryant Robinette, Renee Roediger and Chrissy Tolley. Patricia was a graduate of Tucson High and the University of Arizona. She was a loving and giving Mother as well as a teacher for 32 years in TUSD. She inspired her family and students to strive to do and be their best. Patricia was always engaged in team sports and developed a healthy routine of walking and swimming daily. She was passionate about music, theater and visual arts. She went with family members seasonally to Arizona Theater Company plays and Arizona Opera performances. When she retired from teaching she met her goal to travel with each grandchild for one month to Europe for a wonderful learning experience. As a volunteer for Pima Council for the Aging she spent many hours assisting individuals in the Tucson community. Patricia's family wishes to thank Starfish Care Homes, the Indian Ridge Residence for the affection and friendship they provided for her during the last five years. Family members will celebrate Patricia's rich life at a private memorial service. Donations can be made in her memory to the charity of your choice. Arrangements by BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL.
