I am lost for words. All my love and prays go out to the Govan family. I know how much he meant to everyone he was a sweet caring man that let me into his life some years ago. I will never forget him and his words. You will be greatly missed and always in our memories.

Although I only knew Paul for about 4 years, he was like an Uncle to me. With his big smile, big voice and his great laugh, I always enjoyed seeing him. He was always in a great mood and "blessed". He will be missed greatly. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

my heart goes out to all of the family as well as friends of the family as we all mourn.i will miss that funny laugh and unique smile that only paul had, but at the same time, scriptures teach us that when you are absent from your body you are present with the lord and what a beautiful presence it must be , from the williams family to all of you .. may god bless and comfort you
