Paul Suedkamp was a student at Pima College when I taught television production and media classes there way back in 1968. He had CP, yep. he also had the most effervescent and mischievous wit of anyone I´ve ever known. He loved life, challenge and other people. He used to hang out in my studio control room. I loved his visits, though his daredevil antics with his electric wheelchair could leave us all gasping at times. Paul was a man with the persistent dignity of those who care deeply about the well-being of others I was just seeking to contact him to say hello, when I found this. I send respect and appreciation to Paul´s wonderful family. They enabled a uniquely gifted and caring man to live a full and inspiring life. I will forever be grateful to them, and to Paul for living his life with joy and generosity.

Throughout the years, I was fortunate to enjoy Paul's witty repartee while sitting together at Starbucks. I will fondly remember his visits to the office, especially when he wanted to understand this "new-fangled" approach to oral hygiene that we taught with the direct care worker curriculum. He will be missed, but his legacy will remain in our organization and in my heart. He made an indelible difference promoting accessibility and inclusion in the state of Arizona and made me a better trainer.
