Ruby BESSLER Obituary

BESSLER, Ruby C. (Owens), a longtime resident of Tucson, passed away on June 13, 2016, after years of failing health. Ruby was born on the Mescalero Apache Reservation in New Mexico on April 22, 1945, and was the youngest of her siblings. She was a wife, mom, and homemaker who enjoyed sewing, crafting, gardening and being with her family. She is survived by her loving husband of nearly 25 years, Gerald; her daughters, Toni Patterson (Joe), Laura Gadbery (David) and Marcey Owens; grandkids and great- grandkids, sisters and a brother and numerous nieces and nephews. A private Celebration of Life will be held for her. The family wishes to thank Emblem Hospice for their excellent care and compassion and her sister, Bobbie, for bringing joy and taking care of Ruby during her final weeks. Arrangements by DESERT ROSE HEATHER.
