Shirley Prescott Obituary

PRESCOTT, Shirley L. 80, of Winkelman, passed away on May 1, 2008. She was born in Massillon, OH, daughter of the late William and Mabel B. (Sarbaugh) Ulbricht. She has lived in Arizona for the past 29 years. She is survived by a son, Brian L. Nichols of Granville, OH; a daughter, Cindy L. Barnett of Dudleyville, AZ. She was the proud grandmother of Amber Barnett, Adam C. Nicholas, Ian C. Nichols, Nathan L. Barnett and Autumn L. Barnett. She leaves a sister, Linda McGee of Albuquerque, NM. Mrs. Prescott was predeceased by her first husband, Don Lee Nichols in 1972, her second husband, Thomas M. Prescott in 2005 and her sister, June Ulbricht Kraft. Shirley was always a lady in the truest sense, devoted wife, loving mother, a grandmother with greatest affection for each grandchild; caring friend and follower of her faith in Jesus Christ. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at the San Pedro Valley Baptist Church, Dudleyville with Pastor Tim King officiating. The family requests that live plants to be planted in Shirley's garden be sent rather than cut flowers. Arrangements are by EVERGREEN MORTUARY & CEMETERY.
