Stephen J. Haider

Stephen J. Haider Age 79, born December 6, 1931, passed Thursday, August 4, 2011. Survived by his loving wife (Shirley) of 60 years. Loving father to Stephen W. (Marlayne), Dennis (Christine), Thomas, Diane Leskauskas of Chicago, Terrance (Heidi), Roderick and Michael (Barbara), sister, Mrs. Rosemary Seiberlich, of Taylor Falls, MN and brother, John (Gloria) of Tucson, AZ. This has been an emotional year of loss for the Haider family; four deaths in six months. Mr. Haider has followed two sons and a grandson home to the Lord. The oldest son, Stephen W. (7-10-2011), youngest son, Michael (1-20-2011) and grandson, Flint (3-24-2011), son of Terry and Heidi. Stephen was respected and loved by his family, friends and business associates. In 1974, Mr. Haider started a company (Northwest Tool Corp.), a manufacturer of aircraft cutting tools in Brainerd, MN, and then moved the entire family and employees to Tucson, AZ in 1979. He owned and operated this company then closed it in January 2009. A special heartfelt thanks to the staff at Casa de la Luz Hospice, where he spent the last several days of his life with his wife (Shirley), family and friends by his side. Death leaves a heart ache no one can heal but love leaves a memory no one can steal. A private memorial will be held Sunday, December 18, 2011 with Pastor Dr. Stephen Athrop and wife attending.
