Steve was a great teacher and track coach and got me my first part time job in high school. I last saw him a couple years ago when he was teaching at my wife Amber's school. We both loved Steve and he will be missed.

A dear friend and brother, our companion through many years of coaching and teaching. An encourager to his many students. A humble and kind man who cared deeply and shown Christ's love. Very thankful to be called his brother!

I knew Steve for over 40 years. He was a wonderful person. I still remember, with fondness, all the runs he and Chuck Kerr, Leo Montanyo, and my brother and I did. All those summer mornings we went running together. May God bless Lynn and his family. Memory Eternal!

Steve was one of the real gentlemen I was fortunate to know as a cross country coach and fellow road racer in Tucson. You could count on a friendly smile and a positive attitude. He made a major impact as an educator.
