Allen Claude Keenan passed on July 23,2025 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, age 86. He was preceded in death by his parents John Kenneth Keenan, Ruby Thompson Keenan and brothers John Jr. and Thompson. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Judy Easley Keenan, daughters Katie Shore and Jennifer Keenan Stuart, son-inlaw Brian Shore, grandchildren Sam and Lily Shore, Kilian and Olivia Zindel, and several nieces and nephews.

He was born on December 28, 1938, in Tulsa, Oklahoma and graduated from Central High School in 1956. He attended Westminster College of Fulton, Missouri where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and continued his studies at The University of Tulsa and Northeastern State University graduating from the University of Missouri at Kansas City with a degree in Dentistry in 1963.

Allen then served as a Captain in the United States Air Force at McCord Air Force Base in Tacoma, Washington and Hellenikon Air Base in Athens, Greece before returning to Tulsa in 1968.

Allen was a gracious man with an infectious smile who loved his family, music, sports, travel and dentistry, deeply caring for his patients and staff, receiving Ethics and Dentist of the Year awards. Yesterday

Dr. Keenan was a great dentist. I appreciated his dental expertise3, advice, and of course, that infectious smile. He was a real American hero for me as he served his country, his profession, and his patients. RIP in Heaven, Doc.
