Chris was my uncle and we shared the same name. We enjoyed many lunches and dinners together and many good times. He, his wife Barbara and sister Toula were here for the beginning of my new life with my wife Kiki. He will be greatly missed. Love him always.

Chris was a good friend for many years. He had a dynamic personality and was a fine restaurateur. Although he lived the last years of his life in Tulsa, he visited his New Jersey roots often and it was always a pleasure to see him and chat with him again. He will be missed.
