As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. I always enjoyed flying with Guy. I remember doing the loops and hammerhead turns, O my stomach.

Where do I start? In the late 70's I met Guy at Riverside airport where had just started at Spartan school of aeronautics. Both being airplane nuts we quickly became friends. Over the years he often would switch hats between friend, doctor, mentor....you name it, Guy was there for you. After moving to California Guy loved to call me at 7AM when he got in the office......5AM my time. After a while when the phone rang that early My wife or I would would just pick up the phone and say "good morning Guy". Few have had the impact on my life like Guy did. I count it a rare privilege to have know him and that he called me his fiend. All of our prayers are with the Family and many friends your life touched.

Doc was an excellent person, friend, and a great pilot advocate. I was a student at Spartan School of Aeronautics when I first had to go see him for my medical. I suffer from acute white coat syndrome, but when I went into his office that all went away. He was a very polite man and always wanted to help pilots as well as teach them. I remember one time while flying with my regular instructor, seeing doc and his extra fly past my wing. He instantly shook his wings and did a complete barrel roll. Which was awesome. He was a good friend and mentor and I will surly miss him. My heart goes out to his friends and his family.

Doc...was such a wonderful man I was not personally close to him but my father Jack Tessmann thought the world of him I know Doc has given my dad his flight physicals for 20 years but they hunted together, flew together and had great memories together but not till recently did I know that Doc seen my brother in his office when poison ivy covered most of his body and knowing my dad and my familys' financal strain at the time he had already paid for the visit before check in. That is just one of thousands of stories like that people all over have to share about Doc. My God watch over his family and friends.

Baldwin Family, 31 years ago I met Guy, I knew his brother Gary first. Doc was not only a friend to me but delivered my daughter. Three weeks later he took us to dinner, but not the usual way, Guy flew us to Grand Lake and we landed on the water! What a thrill and a memory, I'll always keep in my heart! GOD, Thank You for giving us "Doc", he put so much JOY in our hearts here on earth, just think what he'll do in Heaven! God, Bless the Baldwin Family and be with them at this time!

Dear Felise, Brittny and Hunter:
We just wanted to let you know how much we loved Dr Baldwin and what a wonderful friend he has been to Sarah and John Bellamy (my Mother and Father). They always loved the Christmas Cards that your family would send and when my Mother began to fail, Guy would go make house calls and he always brightened her day with his warm smile and the way he would joke with her.
My Father, John, loved flying and Dr Baldwin knew that. We took my parents to some of the air shows and after my Mother passes, Guy took my Dad and my husband and me flying. My Dad is so proud to keep the picture that Guy took of him flying the plane at 87 years old.
No one can ever take Dr Baldwins place in our hearts and lives. He was such a special person that it is hard to find the words to express to you our sorrow.
Dr Baldwin was able to make the most glorious flight of his life and we will all be able to see him again.
Our prayers and Love to all of you.

Well I don't know where to begin, my family has known the Baldwins since my Mother was a child & went to them for years. I was delivered by his brother & my Mom always teased them about having to switch from H.C. to Galen if she was going to have a daughter as she had 4 boys before I was born & then 2 more after me. They are all wonderful doctors, very caring, loving & dedicated. We loved him & will miss him dearly. May you always have wind uder your wings. God Bless you & your family. I'll keep you & your family in my prayers at this difficult time.

Here are two of my favorite photos- one is taken with Guy just after we landed at Claremore after flying in his Extra 300. We laughed over how easily the 5 G inverted loops he performed with such ease and grace made me so sick, and how Guy, with his stomach of steel, encouraged me so strongly to keep on pushin'!
The other photo of Guy, Felice and myself was taken in 2002 on a hot summer afternoon at the Farm Shopping Center during a concert in which I played and sang and we all enjoyed each other's company.

My prayers go out to the Baldwin family. Doc Baldwin was our primary care physician in the 90's. I hadn't seen him in several years, but he was always a great doctor and fun to chat with. He and my husband got along great, especially when they talked about boats. Doctor Bladwin had a great sense of humor that most doctors don't seem to have. He wasn't afraid to be real with his patients.
God Bless you Dr. Baldwin. Rest in Peace.

I was terribly saddened to learn of Guy's passing last week in New Mexico. He has been my FAA physician for the past 10 years, and I had the privelege of working closely with him on many different fundraisers throughout that time. One of my fondest memories was flying aerobatics with Guy over Claremore in the very airplane that eventually claimed his life.I will miss Guy, and my heart goes out to his wonderful wife Felice and to Brittny and Hunter as well.

To Gary Baldwin and all of the Baldwin Family. I am very saddened about the loss of your brother and loved one Doc. I did not know him well, but had met him a few times on trips with my wife to Dr. Barnes office. He seemed to me to be a very caring and giving doctor to his patients. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him. May god bless your family at this difficult time.

Guybo as we called him birthed my 1st and 2nd child and Ronnie Barnes birthed my 3rd as Guy was in the Bahama's. We all flew together and enjoyed life, family and airplanes for 32 years. Though we, that are left behind grieve for his presence, he is where wx is not an issue and the hangar door is always open and his wings are no longer metal or fabric. We so miss you, yet in those moments we have only to look up.

Dr. Baldwin helped me on my journey back to health. Last December 14, 2005, I had 100 pounds to lose.
With Dr. Baldwin's help I have now lost 75 pounds with only 25 more to go. My goal was to reach my goal weight by my 50th Birthday on December 1.
Dr. Baldwin always spent more time with me than any other doctor I have ever had.
He talked with me at our last appt., and told me I was probably going to reach my goal around Feb or March.
He always gave me hope and encouragement and was going to "take me up for a spin" when I reached my goal.
Thank you Dr. Balwin, for giving me my life back. I will never forget you, and I will see you in heaven with my Jesus, one day.
