James Robert Garrett, 78, Tulsa resident passed away Thursday, June 23rd, 2022. He was born April 25th, 1944 to Duane Robert Garrett and Virginia Mae (Pierce) Garrett in Guthrie, Ok.
He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Lisa Drake, granddaughter Nicole Becnel, and brother Doyle Garrett.
James is survived by his wife Scarlett Brown, her children, Clinton Dyer and his wife Tommie of Tulsa, Ok, Eva Emerson and her husband Mo of Checotah; his daughters Jeana Drew and her husband David of Tulsa, Ok, and Julie Garrett of Tulsa, his sons James Garrett Jr. and his wife April of Broken Arrow, David Robert's and his fiance Angela Williams of Tulsa, his sister Donnita Hall of Duncan, Ok., his sister in law Sharon Garrett of Guthrie, 11 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
