Arlene O’Briant Obituary

REFORM – Arlene Keasler O'Briant, age 84, of Reform, Ala., died June 12, 2016, at Northport Medical Center. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday June 15, 2016 at Union Hill Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Kevin Taylor and Rev. Tony Latham officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery with Skelton Funeral Home of Reform directing. Visitation will be tonight, Tuesday, June 14, 2016, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Clay Keasler; her parents; sister; Betty Jean Young; and stepdaughter: Lynn Hamilton.
Survivors include her husband, J. P. O'Briant of Reform, Ala.; daughter, Sherri Keasler McCrary (Johnny) of Reform, Ala.; sons, Steve Keasler (Melissa) of Ethelsville, Ala. and Gary Keasler (Darlene) of Gordo, Ala.; stepdaughters, Sharon Harcrow (David) and Margaret Howell (Glen), both of Reform, Ala.; eleven grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren.
Arlene was born January 25, 1932 in Pickens County, Alabama to the late William Stephen McReynolds and Odie Jaynes McReynolds. She was a member of Union Hill Free Will Baptist Church, a homemaker and lifelong resident of Pickens County.
Pallbearers will be Chris Keasler, Brandon Keasler, Grant McCrary, Nickolas Carroll, Steve Lowe, Joe Sanders and Wesley Floyd.
