Booker Cook Obituary

EUTAW Booker T. Cook, Sr., age 91, of Eutaw, made his transition on Saturday, December 29, 2007, at Heartland Hospice Services in Conyers, Ga. A Homegoing Celebration will be held Wednesday, January 2, 2008, at 11 a.m. at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 621 Greensboro St., Eutaw, Ala., with Rev. Joseph Mason officiating. Burial will follow in Eutaw Cemetery with Rollins' Mortuary directing. He will lie in state at the church one hour prior to funeral time.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to St. Paul United Methodist Church, 621 Greensboro Street, Eutaw, AL 35462.

Mr. Cook was daddy's roommate at Rockdale HealthCare. I am very sorry to learn of Mr. Cook's passing. He was a very kind and gracious man. We are glad to have met him and your family. Our condolences to you.
