Dear Debbie,
I send my sympathy in the loss of your father. You have been so blessed to have your father all these years and I pray that God will hold you closely in His arms during this time of grief.

To Uncle Arne -
Some of the best childhood memories I have are of coming to your & Aunt Ione's house every summer & playing in your attic, cruising the staircase, & eating huge meals around the dining room table. You would always sit in your chair pretending to be stern & gruff, but then you would break out in that smile of yours & Aunt Ione would giggle & I would know eveything was all right. You were such a tease - it took me a long time to recognize when you were being serious or just giving me a hard time. I love you very much & I hope you & Aunt Ione are having a wonderful time being with each other again.
To Duane & Debbie - I'm so sorry for your loss. Your dad was a very special man to many people & he will be missed. My prayer is that God will fill your hearts & minds with wonderful memories of the time you had together & strengthen you with the faith that someday you will alll be together again.

Duane, Debbie and family -
My thoughts & prayers are with you at this difficult time. I was talking with my Dad, Rod, last night and reminiscing about Arne - I said when I think of him as I was growing up I picture him with a toothpick in the corner of his mouth and always willing to check out the indian head nickles I would bring to show him! It was a long time ago but the memories make it seem like we were kids such a short time ago.
May your memories of your Dad - and Mom - bring you peace and memories of love and joy.
