Dear Tocko Family, I'm very sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I worked with her at MICA for many years. She was like my "2nd" mom during those years . I have many wonderful memories & have thought of her so many times over the years. I tried to contact her & Andy on FB to see how she was doing. Please know, she was very dear to me & I am thankful for those years spent together. Sincerely, April

Our deepest sympathy to Carol's family. We had some great times together at the Capitol and she was a very special person.
