Carole BISBEE

June 21, 1937 November 21, 2014 Surrounded by lots of love, Carole Bisbee (Birchem) succumbed to cancer on Nov 21st, 2014 at the age of 77. Formerly from St. Paul, MN, she retired from the St. Paul Police Department and then moved to Queen Creek, AZ in 2003. She lived there until the time of her passing. She is preceded in death by her husband (Robert Bisbee), parents (Louis and Esther Birchem) and 3 brothers (Leroy, Donnie and Sonny). She is survived by 2 daughters Jeannie (Dave) Koester and Lisa (Joe) Waldo, 4 sisters, 2 brothers, 4 amazing grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A very special thank you to her sister Mary who was there every day and every step of the way. The Memorial Service will be Friday Dec 19th,2014 at St. Rose of Lima Church. The church is located at 2048 Hamline Avenue in Roseville, MN. There will be a visitation at 9AM and a Celebration of Life service at 10 AM. Following the service, there will be a luncheon and then a burial ceremony at Fort Snelling at 2:05 PM.
