So incredibly saddened to hear this last night, it is a loss to more people than anyone will ever know. Cheryl was an amazing and caring person that I was blessed to work with off and on during our careers and she became a dear friend to our family. She never slowed or rested in her efforts to provide children and families truly from all walks of life countless high quality enrichment experiences and safe, structured places for kids to be kids no matter the surrounding circumstances, in turn, positively impacting the lives of thousands in the Saint Paul communities she served. More caring than any could be even in difficult circumstances while being tougher than any tough one(s) she encountered later always welcoming them too into the fun, nurturing settings she created in the neighborhoods. Her selfless efforts certainly live on in the memories of the many she treated so unconditionally well! Steve and family, you are in our prayers...

Jim, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your sister, Cheryl. As a non-active member of the curling club, I still try to keep up with what is going on with my old friends.

I am shocked and saddened by the news of Cheryl's passing. I always enjoyed her company. She was fun to have in our Cairn Lassies curling league.

My thoughts are with you at this time. Cheryl was a very special person. She will live on in our hearts and minds. I have a Native American Poem I would like to share with you:
NATIVE AMERICAN POEM
DO NOT STAND AT MY GRAVE AND WEEP.
I AM NOT THERE. I DO NOT SLEEP.
I AM THE THOUSAND WINDS THAT BLOW.
I AM THE DIAMOND GLINT IN SNOW.
I AM THE SUNLIGHT ON RIPENED GRAIN.
I AM THE GENTLE AUTUMN RAIN.
WHEN YOU WAKE IN THE MORNING HUSH,
I AM THE SWIFT UPLIFTING RUSH OF QUIET BIRDS IN CIRCLING FLIGHT.
I AM THE SOFT STARLILGHT AT NIGHT.
DO NOT STAND AT MY GRAVE AND WEEP,
I AM NOT THERE. I DO NOT SLEEP.
