Chrys was an incredible woman. She and "Willy" had a love of each other that never grew tired. She was greatest animal lover I have ever known. One of my favorite childhood memories was of her taking me horseback riding and feeding the new kittens at the barn. From a child's eyes, she was unlike other adults. She played jax with me and really seemed to love it. She was 100% present and looked at the world in different ways. As I grew up, I saw her less but whenever we met again, she was the same loving, unselfish person. I admired the love she and "Willy" shared and the way they enjoyed life. Her kindness and love left a permanent fingerprint on my heart. Bill, I am so sorry for your loss.

For many years Chrys lovingly cared of my beloved pets, Abby and Ike, while our family was away. I knew this part of my family was safe and loved, and the pets were so excited to get to summer camp. Ike was especially fond of "Ike" (aka Bill). We are saddened to hear of Chrysmarie's passing. Our family will remember Chrys, Bill and the house on top of the mountain with great fondness. Our prayers are with you Bill. ~~ The Joachim Family.
