Dennis and family,

I miss my dear friend. I know we would have been off to another musical this June. Connie would have already figured out which one it would be and tickets would be purchased soon. I am planning on going this year and inviting a few friends (I can't bear to go alone) and will attend a musical in her honor!

Know that she will not be forgotten!

Know that God loves you all so much and He is there comforting you and wanting to bear this load allongside you.

In Christ's Abiding, Faithful Love,
Kari

“OUR GRANDMOTHER”

Throughout the years of walking up and down our grandparents stairs we have read and been inspired by our grandmother’s favorite poem which still hang’s above her doorway. Whether she knew it or not, we feel this poem reflects how our grandmother lived her life. The actual version, which is founded on the phrase “If I had my life to live over”, does not mirror how our grandmother lived because she had no regrets, so we created our own version based on her inspiring and fulfilling life.

While I was living, I wasn’t afraid to make mistakes. I was able to be silly and find the humor in any situation. I wasn’t afraid to take chances, climb mountains and swim across rivers. I was wise enough to eat more ice cream than beans.

You see, I am one of those people who lived sensibly and simple. Oh, but I had my moments, and if I had to do it over again, I’d have more of them.

While I was living, I was one of the first to be barefoot in the spring and stay that way later in the fall. I took every chance I got to dance and ride merry-go-rounds. I picked as many daisies as I could. If I had it my way I would pick a tinge more daisies.

This poem not only represents how she lived her life but how she has encouraged us as a family to live ours, so we too can live and pass with no regrets.

Dennis,
You know how much Connie meant to me...more like a sister than a friend. I will truly miss her and how much she added to my life. My thoughts are with you and your family.

Dennis, Nancy, Jen, Dan,
My condolences on your loss. May the Lord lift you up and hold you in his palm as you mourn and grieve. I will always remember Connie as a woman who lived life as full as she knew how. Her sense of humor was one of her greatest traits. I shall miss her presence in this world. Her faith, given to her by the Holy Spirit through her Baptism, means that there is a place prepared for her with her Lord Jesus Christ.

In Christ,

Dee Zarembinski Pakulski

One of the greatest gifts I was given was having Connie as a life long friend. Her beautiful smile and her silly spirit will stay in my heart forever. Viya con Dios, my sweet friend. Love, Dee
