Daniel O'CONNELL Obituary

was born December 20, 1967 in St. Paul to Larry and Joanie O'Connell. He went to Stillwater High School where he met the mother of his children and first wife, Christi Eiklenborg (Thole). Jes Eiklenborg and Tyler O'Connell were born in 1987 and 1988, respectively. In 1993, he met the true love of his life, Debra Dorner (O'Connell) and raised her son, Jacob Dorner, as his own. They married in 2008. The family settled in Hastings and the surrounding area. Dan had a passion for people and music. He was often seen around Hastings with his bike and his music speaker. He is survived by his wife and children; his grandchildren Alexis, Clayton and Siddha; his sisters Patricia Bruce and Shannon Hanson; his brothers Larry Jr., Robbie and Timmy O'Connell. He was preceded in death by both of his parents. His passing was a tragedy and shock to his family, who whole-heartedly ask he Rest In Peace. Celebration of Life to be held in spring/summer 2022 in Hastings.
