Daniel wanted to know everyone, and everyone wanted to know Daniel. Like his grandfather, he had a gift for rapport. Loved ones and strangers alike shared their stories with Daniel because he made them feel seen, heard, and valued. He genuinely believed every person he met had something to offer. Daniel was a passionate and talented artist, and a curious and kind young man. Most of all, he was loved. Even in death, he touched new lives by donating his organs and giving the gift of life. Because of Daniel, three people – three families – get to make new memories, get to continue their stories. Daniel is survived by parents, Karen and Mike; brothers, Benjamin and Charlie; and all of his loving family and friends. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Steve Rummler HOPE Network or Juxtaposition Arts in Daniel's honor.
