Dear Barb, Laura, Jack, Jim, and Steve and the rest of the Poucher family,
Some of you will remember me, some won't. I was on a plane to Mexico when I read of your Mom's passing. I had so many heart tugs. I am back home now and just had to connect.
Years ago our families had so much fun together and so many memories were revived for me.
Your mother was one of my mother's best friends. Your dad was one of my dad's best friends. I am Vern and Ann Kittleson's daughter, Linda.
I have so many fond memories of our times together, especially your mother's laugh that was so infectious. Our moms did the craziest things together and then laughed and laughed. I also remember how she parented so differently than my parents (which I loved to watch). It was so easy and flowing. She always had such a joy about her. And oh my, she loved her kids and wasn't afraid to show it. For me, she was a way shower. She gave me an entirely different view of life than I was used to.
I needed to tell you that your Mom made a difference in my life. I am so full of gratitude for her gift of sharing who she was and being the authentic person she was when I was a young child.
I am sorry I could not attend the funeral. I would have loved seeing all of you again.
(I also remember that she only called your dad, Alan, never Al). Goodness, what kids remember!
Blessings to all of you.
In friendship,
Linda Kittleson Haller

My sympathy to all family. I met Elizabeth in May this year while living at the Mayfield. A very nice lady; we had lots of good conversations. I am so surprised to hear of her sudden passing. Will always remember her.
