Durand, Fred Mar 11, 1930 - Jan 23, 2006 Passed away peacefully at home Surrounded by family. Preceded in death by parents, Fred & Elsie Durand & grandson Luke Torgerson. Survived by loving wife Mary; sisters Muriel Gleason and Blanche (Donald) Person; son Fred Durand Jr; step daughters Sherrie (Steve) Voltz, Deb (Dave) Costanzo, Jody (Bryan) LaPointe, LeAnn (Rick) Torgerson, Renee (Jonathon) Edwards; Grandchildren Danica & Drake Durand, Tony & Nick Sarantos, Lindsey, Frank Annie & Katie Costanzo, Ryan & Megan Hintze, Emily & Haley Torgerson, Drew & Delaney Edwards; great-grandchildren Alicia and David Hochban. A special thank you to our family and friends, St. Johns' Hospital, Heartland Hospice staff and the staff from Davita Capitol Home Dialysis Ctr for the care and support they provided to Fred and his family. Fred was a veteran and a member of American Legion Post 39 and retired from MNDOT. In accordance with Fred's wishes, there will be no services.
