Oct 6, 1982, just over 40 years ago. Gary, you were 21 years old, Bobby was 20 years old, Debbie was 19 years old, Mom was 39 years old
and your Dad was 41 years old, who you are with now.

I wanted to add one more thing. I was at work yesterday paging through the news paper on break and of the hundreds of people in the obituaries I flipped the page and there was Gary. I haven´t seen or talked to him in 40 years. I took one look and said I know him! I´m playing guitar while he plays drums in that old pic. Good memories. My condolences to Jody

Gary was a fun loving man a talented musician as well as many other great qualities. I only knew him for a few years but enjoyed every day of it! I still remember of few of his quotes to this day. Rip my friend

Where do I start? 47 years of friendship, craziness, mischief, and our love for music. Starting with our first band, "Redwood Stain" and to the infamous "Slim G." You and your family were always there for me. When my mom passed, your mom was like a surrogate mother. I´ll miss you always and love you forever. Our journey in life crossed paths and how blessed we are to have known and loved you Gary. You were our friend, babysitter, best man, and God father of our son I´ll always remember your smile and laughter and those crazy nights with the band. You had a natural ability to make people feel as though they were a friend at hello. I only wish time would´ve allowed us more opportunities to enjoy life with you and Jody.
