March 24, 1935 – January 9, 2021 Preceded in death by parents, George and Margaret Ubel; brother, Ron Ubel. George will be deeply missed by his children, Peggy (Charlie) Keller, Pat (Shelia) Ubel, Pam Duerscherl, Jon Ubel, Jeanne Ubel, Jeff Ubel, Kelly (Craig) Arvidson; grandchildren,, Ashley (David) Nordsletten, Carolann Ubel, Melissa (Nate) Leko, Danny Duerscherl, Jenifer Duerscherl, Kelsey McCollum (Robbie) and Max Arvidson; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Pat Stenzel and Susan (David) Livingston. George was a proud St. Paul Firefighter for 33 years and a member of St. Paul Ski Club. Private family Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Church of the Assumption. My condolences to the Ubel family on George's passing. Great memories of our weekly golf outings to many courses in Minnesota and Wisconsin as well as Florida in the winter. If ever in need, George would be there for you.
