Alfred Weston Obituary
Greece: November 8, 2012. Survived by his wife, Jean; children, Linda (Carl) Hoefler, Gregory (Leeanne) Weston, Jeffrey (Cori) Weston and Timothy Weston; grandchildren, Jason, Caitlin, Daren, Ashley, Taylor and Tyler Weston; sisters, Claire (Joseph) McKeown and Peggy (Joseph) Schmeltz; several nieces and nephews. Alfred went to St. Peter's Prep, Jersey City, NJ, was a 1950 graduate from University of Notre Dame and received a 1969 Masters Degree from University of Notre Dame. Retired from E. Alfred's visitation will be 5-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (between Rte 390 & Long Pond Rd.) His Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 AM Thursday at Our Mother of Sorrows Church, 5000 Mt. Read Blvd, Rochester, NY 14612. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Our Mother of Sorrows Church in Alfred's memory.

Tina and I are deepley saddened at Uncle Al's passing. Our thoughts were turned to all the joyous times we shared together and enjoyed smiles and laughter. I remember his unforgettable smile and contagious laugh...I hold these memories dear. I love you all and offer you my prayers in this sorrowful time.

My sympathies to Mrs. Weston and all of the Weston family. I remember Mr. Weston visiting at my parents home (Arnie and Mary Ioannone in Gates) after Notre Dame games a few times. I remember him to be a fun and classy man. A very proud father and husband. May his soul rest in eternal peace. My thoughts and prayers to all of you.
