I am deeply shocked and saddened by the passing of Hugh. I have been his neighbor for the past 11 years and will miss his bright smile and great outlook on life. He was a great neighbor and friend to me.

All my sympathies and regrets to Elaine and the whole Potter family. You will be in my prayers.

May God Bless You All
