I've spent some precious moments with Nicholas...and am sure by Jacob's smile ...he enjoyed life as does Nic. May the entire family use this tragedy to draw closer in love of family and God...even though none of us will ever understand why so many are taken from us so young.

I have never met you or your beautiful son but my thoughts and prayers are with your family. His smile gives away what a sweet person he was. I am so very sorry for your loss.
I also want to mention a grief group called Compassionate Friends which helps families that lose children. They helped us when we lost a 16 year old member of our family.

My greatest memory of Jacob is that he'd always offer to help you before you had the chance to ask him for help. I remember seeing him many times help his Grandma make dinner. I thought it was really nice to see such a young person being so helpful. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
