God saw Jill getting tired and whispered "come with me."
You suffered much in silence yet always had a smile. You faced your pain with such courage and determination. You tried SO HARD to stay with us. Your generosity gave two people the gift of sight. Such a gift we were given by having you in our family.
God brought Jill home and set her free.
We loved you yesterday and we will love you today and tomorrow.

I went to school with Jill in North St Paul and we played ball in the summer. Jill was so much fun to be around. She was always so positive. Really no one could ever say a bad thing about her. She will be missed deeply. Sorry for your loss Heather and the Bjerke family

My heart goes out to Jill's family, Heather & her many friends. I am so grateful that I got to spend time with Jill and Heather may 6th-8th of this year. Jill has been bonded to my heart since early grade school and trough out all these years. I thank God for that gift. Her smile, laugh, kindness and unconditional love will be remembered always.

My Deepest Condolences.
Jill was a exceptionaly nice woman with a great personality! She was so warm and kind and had such a welcoming heart.
She was never judgementle, she was very honest, compassionate, and she loved to laugh. She was just so inviting and made you feel like you fit in even if you met her two seconds ago :)
She was one hell of a athlete.
She will be missed!

I always heard wonderful things about Jill, I only met her 2 or 3 times but she always had a big smile on her face. God Bless your family in the loss of this wonderful women. Our deepest sympathy to all that loved her and will miss her.

My heart sank when I heard this news. I knew Jill from playing softball when we were in high school. Jill was always a so much fun to be around and was a truly a memorable person. She blessed more people than she probably ever knew just because she was so authentic & real which allowed others to do the same. My deepest sympathy and prayers to Heather, her family and friends who are suffering from the loss of Jill whose journey here on earth was cut way to short. Jill you will be missed dearly here on earth, but may you be playing all the ball you can up there in heaven.

She touched all our lives with honesty and pure fun. Her energy and enthusiasm could be felt within seconds of knowing her. My heart sank when I was informed of her death. She was an inspiration to many. I can certainly say her Cross Country Team loved her as did her Coaches. My heart goes out to those who loved Jill the closest. I will miss her very much.

I will miss talking with Jill on all the late nights I was working at school. We spent so much time chatting and trying not to scare each other as we roamed the halls and rooms late at the high school. I know Jill from my cross county running days in high school. She was a great runner. Most runners would be jealous of her natural ability to run. I have not seen her in 22 years, but is sadden by her loss. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Mom just told me she seen this. I babysat Jill, Chad and Tracy and still remember her as the pre-schooler when I babysat her for a few years, everyday after school. I had been following Jill's illness through my daughter Kami Miglio. I am so very sorry that she lost her fight which is unusual because she very rarely lost her fights. Jill was like another daughter to me as she was at our home as much as her own. She will truly be missed but after the pain of losing her has lessened we will remember her with a smile. I'm sure heaven is already picking teams for a good softball game. Love to you Jill!
