When our family moved to Edina in the 1960's, Larry was one of the first friends I met. We spent many summers together at YMCA Camp Ihduhapi, first as campers and then as assistant counselors. Over the years, I enjoyed following Larry's successes as an attorney. Great guy, always enjoyed his company. We will miss him.

Dear Beth, Lauren, David and the rest of the beloved Rocheford family,
I am one of an ocean of folks sending prayers of loving kindness your way.
My parents were best friends with and we grew up with the Rochefords, I went to school with Larry at Benilde and BSM, and I had the pleasure of competing with Larry as a lawyer and learned first hand he was the kindest of kind souls who pulled no punches even for a close family friend ;-) He was fun, funny, smart, real, hard-working, and had a way of blessing us all who passed him on his far too short journey. It seems we are never ready to lose a loved one and from my experience in so many wonderful every-day ways, thankfully, we never do.
Love Always,
Erin Wilson

Rocheford Family- We want you to know you are loved and in our hearts with prayers and thoughts...
Larry was such a genuine, kind person. Many memories, traveling basketball, football games and helping 2 teenage boys get to their favorite fishing spots with kayaks in tow...what a great dad he was!
Our condolences to the entire Rocheford Family. He will be truly missed but know his legacy will never be forgotten.
Love to all of you,
The Wilsons

Rocheford Family - we are praying you feel our love and prayers. I just sat with Larry 2 months ago at a soccer event and have such a lovely memory of what a kind and interesting person but most importantly the most engaged father.

Larry and I went to law school together. He was gifted in always being caring, kind and optimistic with everyone. I'm so sad to hear of his passing much too soon in life. My condolences to his family and loved ones.

I am one of Larry's legion of cousins (my Mom Betty and Larry's Dad were brother and sister). I loved his Mom and Dad and remember them with such fondness. Larry was a very cute little boy when I was a teenager. I am so sorry for your family's loss!
Fondly, Vicky Tully Sherman (Tucson, AZ)

Larry was a one of a kind, gregarious human being. I got to know Larry through our sons’ involvement in Eagan youth athletics. I always felt drawn to him because of his humor and down to earth demeanor. He put his family above everything. My heart goes out to his wonderful family. His legacy will never be forgotten.

Study Uncle Larry was the best! He left us too soon and we'll miss him. He loved spending time with his family - Beth, Lauren, David - and the Rocheford clan. I know I can speak for all of us and say we are going to miss his laugh, his great big hugs, his (sometimes inappropriate) jokes, his short texts and emails, his long thoughtful conversations, and most of all his endless love. We know that a part of him will live on in all of us. We promise to keep his memory alive and remember the good times we all had with him. XO
