Linda SCHLOSSNAGLE Obituary

Age 79, beloved wife of Ellis Schlossnagle, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 16, 2022, in Farnham, VA, after a courageous struggle with Parkinson's disease. A fighter until the end, Linda leaves a large family and friends who deeply mourn her loss. Linda was born on February 14, 1943 in St. Paul, MN to William and Dorothy Iserman and is survived by her brother, Steve Iserman, his wife Nancy, and their family. She leaves a loving husband, Ellis Schlossnagle, and children Stephen (Caroline), Katherine (Jeff), Phil (Cashawna), Erin (Chris) and Beth (Colin); as well as eight grandchildren who will miss her terribly Jadon, Garrett, Grant, Landon, Anna, Stella, William and Talia. Linda was a graduate and salutatorian of South St. Paul High School, then attended Gustavus Adolphus College, where she obtained degrees in biology and English. She went on to teach middle and high school in Montgomery County, MD for 25 years and retired from teaching in 2005. Linda and Ellis enjoyed their homes in Ft. Myers, FL, and Montross, VA. Linda lived a full and warm life, filled with joy and love. She will be forever missed and forever remembered. Condolences may be sent to the family at the Welch Funeral Home in Montross, VA. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
