Sister Mary Claire INHOFER OSB

Age 87, of St. Paul's Monastery Died on September 22, 2022, at the Monastery, having lived and ministered as a Benedictine Sister for 67 years. After her first vows in 1955, Sister Mary Claire taught at Most Holy Trinity, St. Louis Park; St. Mary's, Stillwater; Sacred Heart, Robbinsdale; St. Boniface, Hastings; and Visitation, Minneapolis. She also served as pastoral minister at Visitation and Immaculate Heart of Mary, St. Paul. She is survived by her sisters, Sister Louise, Gayle Norris, Tommi (Bill) Hall; brother, Gregg (Katy), nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, her Benedictine Sisters, Oblates and Associates of St. Paul's Monastery. Visitation 4-6 pm Tuesday, October 4, at Sandberg Funeral Home, North St. Paul. Mass of Christian Burial will be livestreamed Wednesday, October 5 at 10:30 am at St. Paul's Monastery. Due to the pandemic, we are not able to accommodate guests. Interment at Monastery Cemetery. Memorials preferred to St. Paul's Monastery. 651-777-2600
