Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family Paul was born July 5,1922 in Doran, MN. He is preceded in death by son Paul Jr. and great-granddaughter Katherine Rose McNamara. Beloved husband to Caroline "Kay" of 69 years. Father of Sandra Henry (Rich), Robert (Clara), Carol Grammater (Doug), Ronald and special friend (Stephnaie), Diana Rezny (Doug), Donna DeJonker (Mike) and David (Michele) also brother James. There are 18 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren. Funeral from REDEEMER BAPTIST CHURCH 2479 Geneva Ave. N. Oakdale. Saturday Oct. 26, 2013 at 11:00am. Visitation Friday from 5-8 pm at MAPLE OAKS FUNERAL HOME 2585 Stillwater Rd. between Century and McKnight and at the church the hour precedeing the service. Interment Oakland Cemetery. So sorry to receive the news of Paul's passing. I can honestly say Kay and Paul were the best neighbors and friends a couple could have. Such good Christain people don't just happen, they are born to show others how to live their lives. We here in Louisville, Ky. have missed the Vorwerks and are sadden by Paul's passing.
