Bob was one the stalwarts during my 16 years on the staff of the Citizens League in the 1980's and 90's. Always kind and polite but with a razor-sharp intellect. Certainly one of the best of the greatest generation.

I had the great pleasure of working with Bob for many years at the Metropolitan Council. I was in housing and the Development Framework and he helped make Regional Parks a key piece of all activities. Condolences to all the Nethercuts.
