Kevin and Shawn,

I am so sorry to hear about your mom. I have so many great memories growing up in Croixside and Ruth was a big part of that. I'll never forget when, on Halloween, she would dress as a witch, rocking on her chair with scary music in the background. She took time to make things very special for the children in the neighborhood. What a gift she was! My heart goes out to you, your dad, and your families.

I know I can speak on behalf of Kevin, Connor, Logan and myself when I say we will all miss Mom/Grandma greatly. She sure knew how to set a beautiful table, throw a wonderful party and bring such laughter and sparkle to any event. We all feel so greatful and blessed to have her as such a major part of our lives. Her warmth, love, wisdom and laughter will be with us always. Ruth may be gone but certainly never forgotten. We love you "Classy Lady"

The Arneys, first Dick, Judy and children, then my daughter Michelle and myself when Dick and I blended our families, knew Ruth to be the kindest, most generous and loving woman. We are greatful to have had the priveledge of being her friend and neighbor. Lyman and family, please accept out sincere sympathy.

Saddened to learn of Ruth's passing. I worked with Ruth in the Stillwater schools in the 80's and was entertained at her lovely home.

When I think of Ruth, I remember her sparkling eyes, her smile and laugh, her beautiful silver braid, her wonderful hors d'oeuvres, her ferns, and her sweet, kind, understanding, accepting heart. She will be sorely missed. She may be absent from the body, but she is present with the Lord (2 Corinthians, 5:8). My deepest sympathy and condolences to Lyman, Shawn, Kevin and the entire family.

Dearest Lyman and family-

Ruth was one of the great spirits in the valley. I will deeply miss her style, artistic flair and loving heart! Please know she is at peace and watching over you- which in your case Lyman is an absolute necessity. May the love and joy you shared for all those years bring you comfort and peace. Not many of us get to spend a lifetime with our best friend! I love you and will always be near if you need me!

Love and Hugs, Jan George
