The Miller Family:

I am very sorry to hear of Scott's passing away. Scott was a wonderful person (and quite a golfer) with a heart of gold and was truly a blessing to all of us who were fortunate to have met or known him. Please find comfort knowing he is free of any worldly pain and is in the arms of GOD.

Scott,

I always felt a little safer growing up because you were my cousin and everyone in the neighborhood knew "the Miller boys". I will miss your wonderful smile (which was sometimes devious but always sincere!). You were such a fun, caring person with a kind soul and though I would rather have you here with us, I know you are at peace in heaven and will be watching over us always.

And to those with hearts that are breaking because you are gone, I hope they will find comfort in their memories and that their love of you and each other will help to ease the pain of loosing you much to soon.

I love you big guy, and you will always be in my heart and in my prayers.

People often change over the course of many years, but not Scott. He was the same kind, compassionate person in elementary school as he was later in life. You knew that when you saw Scott you be greeted with a warm smile and a big teddy bear hug. I always knew that I would have my tall buddy to stand next to in the elementary pictures at Phalen Park Elementary School, and that my tall buddy would always be a friend.

Scott, remember when we were younger and every Christmas Grandma Miller would make every family take a family picture (god how we hated those pictures)? Now looking back I am glad she did that every year. The memories of all those large family gatherings will help us through times like this. You will truly be missed by us all. Please give grandma, grandpa and Lloyd all hugs and kisses and tell them I miss them too. I know they were waiting for you with open arms.

Love,

Cheryl

Scott, when we were kids it was "cool" to have a cousin that was so tall and fun to be with. As an adult, I realize how kind and caring you are and how truly lucky I am to call you my cousin. I hope they have pickup trucks and White Castles in heaven!

I love and miss you,

Shannon

Scott, you were loved and will be missed by so many people. You always had a smile and cheerful words for everyone. I'm so glad you found Debbie to love, I just wish you would have had a lifetime together. Take care of Grandma and Grandpa Miller until we all meet for the big family reunion. I'm proud to say you were my Godson. I love you and will miss you.

Scott, I'm sorry I was always to "busy" for 1 more round of golf. I would always look forward to picking up at DSS to talk about Shania or Anna or on a slow day, golf. Your one of a few people who never said anything bad about anybody. I'll miss you.

To the Miller Family, my deepest sympathy. Jim

With feet that big, Scott was bound to leave an impression. It's sad that he is gone, but I'm glad for the times we got to share and the memories he's left with me. Like his shoe size-he left a big and lasting impression. I'm raising my next beer to him and the person he was while he was with us. Salud!
