Born in Madison, Wisconsin, Steve graduated from the University of St. Thomas and the University of Wisconsin Law School, followed by a 33-year career in the 3M legal department. He cherished the time with his family most, but also loved working on remodeling projects at his home and those of his children. Preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert and Geraldine Rowley, his sister Judith Bowers, his father and mother-in-law Thomas and Carmela Bohen, and his brothers-in-law Gregory and Christopher Bohen. Dear Trish and family, I'm very sorry to learn of Steve's passing. He was my first supervisor when I came to 3M OGC and helped show me the ropes in Legal and within 3M. He was a wonderful man and I greatly enjoyed working with him. Dick Kuyath
