I just heard about this today. My heart goes out to his family. When him and I would visit he was always talking about his kids, he was such a proud dad and grandpa. He was such a joy to hang out with. He always lifted my spirits with his positive energy, infectious smile and laugh.

I have many fond memories of Steve from H-M high school and the U of Mn. So much fun watching him play hockey! He had a great smile and lit up the room he was in! My sincere condolences to his family. May his soul and all the souls of the faithfully departed through the mercy of God Rest In Peace.
